We manufacture top of the range machinery and equipment for the production of yoghurt and yoghurt related products. Set Yoghurt (Laban), Strained Yoghurt (Labaneh), Fruit Yoghurt and Yoghurt Drinks such as Airan, Shanineh and Kefir.

Our set yoghurt equipment include pasteurizers, holders, mixing tanks, incubation tanks, culture tanks and jacketed cooling tanks. Yoghurt Drink lines use mixers, and bottling lines.

We offer a large range of equipment from 250 litres per batch to 10,000 litres.

The strained yoghurt lines encompass the set yoghurt line with the addition of whey draining systems, homogenisers, strained yoghurt mixers and bulk filling machines which are fully adjustable from ½ kilo package to 15 kilos. For Fruity yoghurt we offer a unique system that enables mixing, preparation, incubation and cooling in one tank of 2,500 litres thus minimizing contamination risks.
