Our solutions comprise lines for the production of soft, semi hard and hard type cheese.

Christakis Agathangelou Ltd is concerned with providing machinery and equipment for a wide variety of cheeses. Our areas of expertise is in Cypriot traditional and squared Halloumi cheese lines, which are also used to produce other Fresh, soft cheeses such as Akawi and Baladi.. Our solutions comprise production lines for hard, matured yellow cheeses such as Kashkaval and Head Cheeses, and matured sour cheeses like Feta and Bulgarian White type cheese.

Our Small cheese lines and plants come complete with all necessary equipment to process from 500 to 3,000 litres per day. The plants are manual, easy to use, and their simplicity is designed for minimal personnel requirement with no intensive labour.

Medium lines and plants can process 3,000 to 10,000 litres per day. These lines are additionally automated, simple to use and incorporate platforms to utilize gravity flow. Whey separation systems are manually controlled and pneumatic pressing systems are offered.

Large lines and plants are able to process 10,000 to 50,000 litres per day, offering excellent repeatability on the product size, weight and appearance. We offer complete solutions for automatic production, whey control and management, whey process and bi-product productions (such as Ricotta / Arish).

Brining systems are offered for all line sizes.

All our equipment and solutions are produced to highest industry standards and are in conformance with EU criteria and EN 1672-2, OCEAN Certification of HACCP and ISO-9001 released by UKAS quality management , and made of stainless steel AISI 304-316.
